NSW Golf Club at Kamay Botany Bay National Park is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver table and bar service across the Clubhouse, café and events, including on-course occasions.
You will maintain menu knowledge, communicate dietary needs to the kitchen, ensure hygienic service, and contribute to a positive guest experience. A 7-day rotating roster with days/evenings is required, and own transport is preferred for La Perouse location.

Our Clubhouse is reopening after extensive renovations, and we are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our busy Club operations.
About the Role
In this role you will be providing table and bar service, work on events, both in the Clubhouse and on the course, and, you will get to experience everything from casual service in our café to fine dining in our exquisite Foundation Room.
We are with you all the way. On-going training is provided so that we just keep getting better.

Core Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional, friendly, and efficient food & beverage service.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and promotions.
Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen.
Provide high-quality service to all guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Complete all set-up duties in accordance with standard procedures and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area, clubhouse, and Members' rooms are kept in an excellent state.
Maintain compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Role Requirements:
Experience in a hospitality environment or customer service role.
Maintain a strong guest focus in all services.
Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry.
Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, and nights.
Immediate start on a rotating 7-day roster with mainly day and some evening shifts where required.
Own reliable transport due to location within the Kamay Botany Bay National Park at La Perouse.
Must have the right to work in Australia and a current RSA (or willing to get one)
