Job summary

Paradise Resort Gold Coast is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. You’ll work across busy resort dining outlets, taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and helping keep outlets clean and ready for service.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, enjoy guest interaction and can handle busy periods. RSA and Food Handler certification are preferred or can be obtained before starting.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage, hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Friendly and confident communication skills with a genuine focus on customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently, stay organised and maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods.
• Current RSA and Food Handler certificate, or willingness to obtain these prior to commencement.
• Flexibility to work AM & PM shifts, weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient and attentive service.
• Take food and beverage orders and accurately process transactions through the POS system.
• Serve and run food and beverages while maintaining presentation and service standards.
• Prepare, set up and maintain F&B areas before, during and after service.
• Support your teammates with cleaning, restocking and general outlet duties during busy periods.

About the company

Our Food & Beverage team is an important part of the guest experience, with a variety of dining outlets across the resort including Jerry's Burgers, Deb's Pizza Shack, Poolside Café & Bar and our family restaurant.

About the role

We’re looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.

Working across our busy resort outlets, you’ll provide friendly and efficient service while assisting with taking orders, serving food and beverages, running meals and keeping our outlets clean, organised and ready for service.

This is a hands‑on role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, thrives in a busy environment and brings a positive attitude to every shift.

Whether you’re building your hospitality experience or already know your way around a busy F&B operation, we’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy providing great service.
