Job summary

The Park Lane Group are hiring a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant at A Maze'N Things in Cowes, Phillip Island. Deliver friendly service, prepare and serve quality food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and assist with café operations in a busy, team-focused environment.

Experience in café, hospitality or customer service is preferred; barista skills are a plus. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00am–3:00pm. Email Todd for details.

Discover A Maze'N Things, a prime attraction on Victoria's Phillip Island. Our theme park is a magical playground with puzzles, mysteries, sky trail and mini golf, delighting visitors of all ages. Based in Cowes, Phillip Island, this role is where excitement meets work.

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving quality food and beverages. You'll help create a welcoming café environment, maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards, and work closely with the team to ensure every guest enjoys a great experience. No two days are the same, and you'll be ready to jump in wherever needed to support the team and our guests.

What you'll do

You communicate well, stay positive when things get busy, and enjoy building great relationships with guests and teammates alike. Your friendly, approachable nature helps create memorable experiences for everyone who visits.

This is a permanent part-time role, with expected hours of Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 3:00pm.

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring

Experience in a café, hospitality or customer service environment.

Barista experience and confidence making quality coffee.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
