Crystalbrook Byron, a 5-star resort nestled in rainforest near Byron Bay, seeks enthusiastic Food & Beverage Servers to join an award-winning team. Shifts range from early breakfast service to late-night cocktails across our iconic venues, with opportunities to grow within a sustainable hospitality collection.

You will work under the Food and Beverage Manager, delivering outstanding guest experiences with energy, flair, and meticulous service standards in a vibrant, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment.
• A current NSW RSA Certificate.
• Availability across a 7 day roster - AM and PM shifts.
• A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality.

Responsibilities

• Report to Food and Beverage Manager and work with a collaborative team to craft memorable dining experiences.
• Deliver the very best dining experience in our restaurant venues and bars.
• Support daily service across different shifts and venues, maintaining high standards.
