Job summary

Compass Group Australia’s Airline Lounge team seeks a capable hospitality leader to oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring top service and immaculate presentation across shifts.

You will coordinate buffet and beverage service, resolve guest inquiries, and coach staff to meet standards while supporting opening/closing tasks across a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Reliable, adaptable to changing operational demands across shifts and hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support front-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily service.
• Maintain high presentation, cleanliness and service standards throughout the lounge.
• Coordinate food and beverage service, including buffet and beverage station management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve guest enquiries.
• Support, coach and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.

$32.12 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Penalties

• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
