Pullman Melbourne City is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead Eva's Restaurant team. You will oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner service for in-house and public guests, ensuring dietary needs are met and service standards are upheld.

RSA certified candidates with hospitality experience are preferred. The role offers a vibrant, supportive environment and an opportunity to shape the position within a premier Melbourne hotel.

About the role

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and diverseFood and Beverage Supervisor.This role requires availability forPM shifts to supervise the delivery of breakfast,lunch, and dinner to our inhouse and public guests with an in-depth knowledge of managing dietary requirements.

About you

Previous experience in Hospitality is essential.

Demonstrated skills in supervising a team.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Confident and has the ability to work unsupervised.

Strong communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
