TFE Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for Adina Sydney Darling Harbour to lead the F&B team and drive exceptional dining experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

You will develop your team using guest insights and data, balancing quality, efficiency and business outcomes. This role requires leadership in a premium hotel environment and offers opportunities across our global network.

Qualifikationen

• Current RSA certification (where required).
• Food Safety or Food Handling Certificate, where required.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, preferred.
• Leadership development qualifications are advantageous.

• Partner with hotel leadership to identify opportunities for growth, innovation and enhanced guest experiences.

The Property

Adina Sydney Darling Harbour has reopened following a full refurbishment, a premium apartment hotel in one of Sydney’s most vibrant waterfront locations. Located on King Street Wharf, only a short walk from Barangaroo, the CBD and ICC, the hotel offers 114 spacious studios and apartments designed to give guests comfort, flexibility, and space to stay their own way.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting a passionate hospitality professional to join our Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Manager at Adina Sydney Darling Harbour.

You'll lead the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional dining experiences while driving operational excellence across the venue.

By using guest insight, operational data and people-focused leadership, you'll develop your team, improve service and balance quality, efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Food & Beverage operation to deliver exceptional guest experiences and commercial outcomes.

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Proven leadership experience within Food & Beverage or hospitality operations.

• Strong commercial understanding of labour management, revenue performance and operational efficiency.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.

• Experience managing guest feedback, service recovery and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to analyse business performance and implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications, Certifications & Licenses

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (where required).

• Food Safety or Food Handling Certificate, where required.

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related discipline (preferred).

• Leadership development qualifications are advantageous.
