Endeavour Group’s Eltham Hotel is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant for casual shifts. You will be the welcoming face on the floor, helping guests choose meals and drinks, and delivering excellent service from the first pour to the last call.

You’ll engage with guests to create memorable experiences, work as part of a team, and support the gaming and wagering team where applicable. RSA certification and flexible availability are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to perform physical tasks safely (manual handling, lifting).
• Current RSA certificate is required.
• Flexible availability is needed to cover casual shifts.
• Gaming experience or willingness to learn is an asset.

We’re searching high and low for a true ‘people person’ with a real passion for pub food and drinks. Sure, everyone serves food and drinks but you bring the magic and make it unforgettable!

A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.

Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.

Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.

From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.

Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.

You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.

You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.

Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
