Job summary

Eltham Hotel in Melbourne is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to be the face of the floor, greet guests and recommend meals and drinks to create memorable visits.

You’ll deliver top-notch service with a focus on hospitality, teamwork, and high standards from opening pours to closing duties. RSA is required, with flexible availability and a willingness to learn gaming responsibilities where allowed.

Qualifications

• RSA certificate required.
• Experience in hospitality or pub service is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move stock due to hands-on role.

We're searching high and low for a true 'people person' with a real passion for pub food and drinks. Sure, everyone serves food and drinks but you bring the magic and make it unforgettable!

A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.

Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.

Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.

From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.

Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.

You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.

You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.

Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
