Job summary

Department of Education WA seeks an Information Access Manager within Education Business Services. You will lead the Information Access and Release Team, addressing FOI and information access issues and driving best practice across the department.

You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, represent the Department on committees, and ensure information services are accessible and responsive to the public.

Qualifications

• Interpret and apply legislation relating to information access and FOI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from multiple sources.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Information Access and Release Team with training and guidance.
