Job summary

Bayswater Bar & Grill in Queensland is expanding its Front of House team and hiring across F&B Levels 2–5, plus mid-level management opportunities. We’re seeking experienced hospitality professionals who lead from the front and thrive in a busy venue environment.

Responsibilities include delivering friendly service, taking orders, and working across the bar, floor, and bistro. A valid RSA for Queensland is essential, and Australian working rights are required to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded
• Strong food and beverage or bar experience
• Passion for delivering great customer service
• Confident in a fast-paced venue
• Good communication and teamwork
• Reliable and flexible across a 7-day roster

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service across the venue
• Take orders and provide food and beverage service
• Work across bar, floor, bistro and FOH areas
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service and cleanliness
• Support busy service periods and guest experience
• Assist with venue operations and day-to-day service
• Lead and support FOH teams
• Coach and develop team members
