The Foragers Fork in Brunswick is seeking an experienced FOH all-rounder to join our small, independent bistro. You’ll handle cocktails, wine recommendations, and general front-of-house duties, while keeping guests smiling and well cared for in a relaxed, family-run setting.

With a focus on hyper seasonal Australian produce and an Australian wine list, you’ll thrive in a team where everyone helps out across roles. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality roles across restaurants or bars.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent guest service.
• Experience with wine, cocktails or table service preferred.
• RSA certification within 1 month of start.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and wine, and attend to guests.
• Manage tables, run food, and engage with regulars.
• Collaborate with a small team to cover all front-of-house duties.
