St Andrews Hotel - Fitzroy in Melbourne’s vibrant bar and dining venue is hiring Bar & Wait Staff (All-Rounder) on a casual basis. A minimum 20 hours per week with evening and weekend shifts, offering a supportive team and hands-on experience across restaurant, bar and function service.

There are long-term progression opportunities into supervision or management roles for the right person, plus staff discounts and a dynamic workplace at one of Fitzroy’s iconic venues.

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic all-rounders to join our team on a casual basis, with the exciting potential to grow into a supervisory or management role for the right person. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to build a long-term career in a supportive and professional environment.

About us:

We are a busy bar, bistro and function centre operating lunch and dinner 6-days a week. We host weddings, engagements, birthdays and corporate functions on a weekly basis.

A minimum of 20-hours per week is available with a flexible and fair rotating roster although majority of available shifts will be evening and weekend work.

What we’re looking for:

Friendly, reliable and customer-focused attitude

Previous hospitality experience (wait staff, bar or functions preferred)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver excellent service

Availability on weekends and evenings

A genuine desire to grow with us and take on more responsibility over time
