Job summary

Vitalus Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to own the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland territory. This autonomous field-based role involves growing an established retail portfolio, developing key accounts, and driving sales growth through proactive calls and in-store promotions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in FMCG field sales or territory management, are confident in prospecting new business, and can work independently with strong relationship skills.

Qualifications

• FMCG sales experience is important to us.
• 2+ years in FMCG field sales or territory/account management.
• Comfortable working independently in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of retail customers.
• Develop key accounts within the territory.
• Build strong relationships with owners, managers and buyers.
• Increase ranging, distribution and order value.
• Prospect and develop new accounts.
• Present new products, promotions and ranging opportunities.
• Negotiate and close orders.
• Conduct regular face-to-face store visits across Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.
• Plan territory and call cycle.
• Track activity and performance using Opmetrix.
• Achieve agreed sales, growth and new-business targets.
