Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Project Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Richlands, Queensland. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll oversee end-to-end management of multiple capital projects and provide site engineering support to meet business requirements.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with experience in FMCG, factory automation or process engineering and have 10+ years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified engineer with factory automation or process engineering experience.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience in FMCG, preferably beverage processing and packaging.
• Experience managing complex projects and lifecycle stages.
• Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholder levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects from concept through handover, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Review proposals and designs to ensure optimum outcomes for CCEP.
• Plan and execute capital works and major maintenance to drive performance.
• Optimize external resources through precise spec development, contractor management, and planning.
• Deliver timely solutions to supply chain projects aligned with operations objectives.
• Provide site engineering support as required.
