Job summary

Maersk is seeking an 4PL Export Logistics Coordinator based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. You will coordinate export logistics for a FMCG client portfolio, acting as the primary contact for assigned clients and collaborating with packing facilities, transport teams, and shipping agents to arrange trucking and ocean bookings.

You will participate in weekly demand planning, monitor data accuracy across systems, and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio
• Participation in client weekly demand planning process
• Liaison and coordination with packing facilities for weekly supply replenishment stock orders
• Liaison and coordination with internal transport team to arrange trucking and internal shipping teams to arrange ocean carrier bookings
• Communicate exceptions and recommend solutions
• Ensure client facing information in their systems is accurate and manage exceptions
• Review and support internal GSC operations to keep information current
• Review and update client SOPs and implement improvements
• Support RCA and resolution for identified issues
• Recommend projects to improve operational performance while supporting clients' supply chain structure and processes
• Support implementation of client improvement initiatives
• Provide support to minimize revenue leakage
• Engage and develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders
• Engage and develop strong relationships with key internal teams
• Execute C&N requirements and commitments
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings

The 4PL Export Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination and execution of Export Logistics process for the assigned FMCG client portfolio. Success is delivered via strong engagement with, and collaboration between, client supply / demand planners, packing facilities, transport & shipping agents.

Key Responsibilities:

1: Service Delivery

• Primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio
• Participation in client weekly demand planning process
• Liaison and coordination with packing facilities for the weekly supply replenishment stock orders
• Liaison and coordination with internal transport team to arrange trucking & internal shipping teams to arrange ocean carrier bookings

• Ensure client facing information / data contained within their systems is accurate & manage exceptions

• Review & recommend improvements / update to client SOP
• Support RCA and resolution for identified issues

2: Productivity and Profitability
