Job summary

Bega Group in Chelsea Heights, Melbourne, is seeking a Distribution Centre Manager to lead our outbound logistics at the Chelsea distribution centre, overseeing a large team and the safety culture that keeps operations smooth.

You will manage approximately 50 indirect reports, drive service delivery, quality and cost performance, and collaborate with manufacturing, transport and logistics across VIC/TAS to optimise the network.
