Circana is seeking a Consultant in Sydney to deliver data and insights consulting for FMCG clients. You will help improve efficiencies and drive growth through analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations.

You will manage initiatives under the service agreement, build strong client relationships, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and clear communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• 3+ years in similar FMCG analytics/consulting role.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Data Mining, Analysis and Advice: define business problems with clients and deliver actionable insights.
• Client Management: build account plans, manage expectations and foster strategic relationships.
• Consultative Selling: drive growth by aligning Circana data solutions with client goals.
• Commercial Acumen: stay current on FMCG trends and achieve revenue targets.
• People Leadership: coach and mentor junior team members and drive performance.
