Job summary

FLT Driver role at Catering is a permanent opportunity within a busy manufacturing setting in Normanton. You will operate FLT equipment, move materials, and support production and warehouse teams to keep goods flowing safely and efficiently.

We offer fixed shifts with a choice of early or afternoon hours, including a £1.00 shift premium for the 2:00pm–10:00pm slot and immediate starts for suitable candidates.

• Previous FLT driving experience.
• Confident and safety-conscious approach to FLT operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating FLT equipment around the site.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials and finished products.
• Supplying production and warehouse areas with materials as required.
• Moving and storing stock safely in designated locations.
• Completing pre-use FLT safety checks and reporting any defects.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Working closely with warehouse, production and logistics colleagues.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Are you an experienced FLT Driver looking for a permanent opportunity with a leading manufacturer?

Location: Normanton, WF6
Pay: Up to £13.71 per hour
Plus £1.00 per hour shift premium for the fixed 2:00pm – 10:00pm shift.

Hours:

• Fixed Early Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
