Job summary

Cedar Hill Flowers & Foliage is seeking reliable staff to join our Processing Team in Queensland. This hands-on role is in a fast-paced environment and suits someone who enjoys working with quality products and contributing to a supportive team.

Duties include sorting and grading flowers, packing orders, maintaining accurate documentation, and keeping a clean, safe workspace. On-the-job training is provided, with early finishes every Friday and ongoing casual/full-time work.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Able to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• A team player with good attention to detail.
• Previous floristry, flower processing, horticulture, or packing experience is advantageous but not essential.

Cedar Hill Flowers & Foliage is a well-established supplier of premium Australian native flowers and foliage to both domestic and international florists. We are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Processing Team.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working with quality products and being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Sorting, grading, and bunching flowers and foliage to quality standards

Identifying and reporting quality concerns to the Processing Coordinator

Completing production and inventory documentation accurately

Packing orders according to customer requirements and dispatch schedules

Labelling, taping, strapping, and preparing cartons for shipment

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area in accordance with workplace procedures
