Job summary

Daily Blooms is seeking an experienced Florist Manager to lead the Perth operations, mentor the floristry team and ensure top-quality bouquets sourced from premium blooms. You will drive daily floristry activities, manage stock, and maintain exceptional customer experiences as part of a fast-paced online retail floristry business.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will develop the team, align with company recipes, and deliver KPI targets while upholding our core values in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Floristry with demonstrated leadership within floristry operations.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced floristry environments.
• Leadership experience managing a team of at least 10.
• Familiarity with online retail operations is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of stock management and supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee hand-tied bouquets and vase arrangements.
• Lead daily Floristry operations and ensure quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels and supplier relationships for premium blooms.
• Oversee rostering and workforce planning for seasonal needs.
• Hire, train and develop florists and customer service staff for Perth operations.
