Job summary

BLU by Adcorp in Baldivis is seeking reliable individuals to join our floral merchandising field team, maintaining vibrant displays in major supermarkets across Australia. Start time is 6am with a four-day work week in Baldivis and nearby areas.

Ideal candidates have a reliable car and a valid Australian driver’s license. Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, with strong customer service, communication, and a creative approach.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable car.
• Experience in retail, supermarket or merchandising is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area.
• Creating and maintaining beautiful point-of-sale displays.
• Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability.
• Transporting stock from the loading dock to the shop floor, unpacking, and displaying (lifting up to 12kgs).
• Ensuring the display area is clean and checking product quality.
• Engaging with customers and liaising with store and department managers.
