Job summary

Blu By Adcorp is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to elevate floral displays across Northern Beaches & Lower North Shore supermarkets. You will build inviting, on-brand setups and maintain high presentation standards in-store.

Ideal candidates bring reliable transport, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently 25–28 hours weekly, starting early morning. Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Reliable car and a valid driver’s license are essential.
• Retail, supermarket or merchandising experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Well-presented professional with a flair for creativity.
• Reliable, physically fit and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area.
• Creating and maintaining beautiful point-of-sale displays.
• Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability.
• Transporting stock from the loading dock to the shop floor, unpacking, and displaying (lifting up to 12kgs).
• Ensuring the display area is clean and checking product quality.
• Engaging with customers and liaising with store and department managers.
