Job summary

The Floor Company is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to manage our Sydney distribution hub on a permanent, full-time basis. You will handle end-to-end warehouse workflows, including unloading, stock placement, picking, packing and local site drops.

Starting early, you will work 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support. The role requires LF forklift certification and a clean driving record, plus a White Card and full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Valid LF Forklift Licence (essential).
• Current Australian driver's licence (essential).
• Experience in warehouse operations or flooring/building materials is valued.
• High attention to batch codes, finishes, and order accuracy.
• Able to lift 20–25 kg and stay active during shifts.
• Willingness to support occasional weekend tasks.
• White Card or willingness to obtain one for site works.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to start at 6:00 AM continuously.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to unload containers and trucks.
• Check stock against POs, verify batch numbers and quantities.
• Put away materials into racking and maintain stock integrity.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders for couriers, sites and trades.
• Assist trade installers and clients at the dispatch counter.
• Complete local site drops and occasional top-up deliveries.
• Collect PODs and manage inventory cycle counts and housekeeping.
• Support ad-hoc weekend work when required.
