Job summary

Panton Hill Hotel is a one-of-a-kind pub set on the edge of Melbourne, built around great hospitality and a strong local community. We’re looking for a Floor Supervisor who loves hospitality and thrives when the dining room is busy, ensuring regulars are looked after and new guests feel welcome.

You’ll work closely with the management team to lead services, support our people, and help maintain the warm, genuine hospitality we’re known for.

The opportunity

We're looking for a Floor Supervisor who loves hospitality for what it really is — people.

Someone who gets a kick out of a packed dining room, remembers a regular's name, notices when a table needs looking after and isn't afraid to jump in alongside the team when things get busy.

You’ll work closely with our venue management team to lead services, support our people and help create the warm, genuine hospitality Panton Hill Hotel is known for.

You might already be an experienced supervisor.

Or you might be the bartender, waiter or hospitality all‑rounder everyone already turns to when things get busy — and you're just waiting for someone to give you your first real opportunity to lead.

We're interested in the person, not just the title on your résumé.

You’ll need to be comfortable working nights and weekends — that's when our venue comes alive and when great supervisors make the biggest difference.
