Job summary

ALH Hotels' Mt Pleasant Tavern in Mackay invites an energetic Assistant Manager to lead floor service across a busy suburban tavern. You’ll coordinate a large hospitality team, uphold fast, friendly service, and keep operations smooth during peak periods.

You’ll bring supervisory experience, a current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence, and a natural talent for staff development and guest relations. Grow your career with ALH Hotels and Endeavour Group brands across shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on hospitality experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager Licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Publican to run the pub safely, smoothly, and with great vibe.
• Learn the ropes of publican duties while leading a strong hospo team.
• Troubleshoot issues before they impact service.
