Job summary

Zara in Adelaide, Australia is seeking Customer Happiness Team Members to join casual all-stores rosters. Read the floor, understand the product and guide the team in real time. From replenishment to customer service, every action helps the store move with purpose.

You’ll stay close to product, new arrivals, best sellers and commercial priorities and help the team bring these to life for the customer. Availability to work 38 hours per week is required, with a fixed roster and staff discount

What you’ll do

Support the daily rhythm of the shop floor

Guide and motivate the team to deliver strong customer service

Keep your section replenished, organised and ready for the customer

Support sales, exchanges, refunds and store processes when needed

What we’re looking for

Experience in retail, customer service or team supervision

Confidence guiding and supporting others on the floor

A clear, organised approach in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work 38 hours per week, a mix of weekdays and weekends
