Felons Seafood at Manly Wharf is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house team and ensure service excellence from arrival to departure. You’ll coordinate the floor, support a busy service, and strive to create an exceptional guest experience.

This hands-on leadership role involves working closely with the General Manager, kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, professional operations and a cohesive guest journey throughout every service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership role
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service
• The ability to lead a team while jumping in and getting your hands dirty when needed
• A calm, confident approach during busy services
• A genuine passion for creating great guest experiences
• Strong attention to detail and high service standards

Felons Seafood is looking for a Floor Manager to join our team at Manly Wharf.

As Floor Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the venue, leading the front-of-house team and ensuring service is delivered to a consistently high standard. You'll be responsible for coordinating the floor, supporting the team through busy services and creating an exceptional experience for every guest.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be responsible for overseeing service and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and professionally.
