Job summary

Legal Services Commission in Adelaide seeks a casual Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a seven‑person Family Safety social work team. Reporting to the Manager, Family Safety, you will provide clinical supervision, uphold ethical standards, and strengthen professional practice.

The role involves trauma‑informed coaching, reflective supervision, and collaboration within a multi‑disciplinary setting to build supervisees' competence and confidence.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent enabling full membership of AASW.
• Trauma-informed practice skills.
• Ability to coach professionals to build capability.
• Experience supervising social workers in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and professional supervision to seven social workers.
• Support team with best practice and adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Foster reflective practice and professional judgement.
• Collaborate with Manager Family Safety to strengthen service delivery.
