Griffith City Council is seeking a Traffic & Design Engineer to monitor and analyse traffic data across the Griffith Local Government Area and develop proposals to improve safety and efficiency on the road network. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, Engineers Australia recognition, and a current Australian Driver Licence.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is essential, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognised by Engineers Australia.
• Demonstrated experience providing specialist technical engineering advice for civil projects.
• Must hold a current Australian Driver Licence.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyse traffic and related data across Griffith LGA.
• Develop management proposals to control and regulate traffic and improve road safety.
• Provide traffic engineering assistance including heavy vehicle access matters to the Engineering Design Section.
