Job summary

Resonate Holistic in Sydney is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contracting maternity cover (minimum 8 months) with potential to extend into a permanent role. You will service a varied caseload across clinic, home, and school settings in Fairfield, Liverpool, Leppington and surrounding areas, with flexible days and hours.

You will deliver neurodiverse-affirming assessment and therapy for paediatric and adult clients, covering language, literacy, speech sounds, fluency, AAC, voice, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Pathologist.
• Independent clinician capable of working autonomously and in a team.
• Neurodiverse-affirming approach to care.
• Member of Speech Pathology Australia and insured (PLI).
• Driver's licence and access to a car, with Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver neurodiverse-affirming assessment and therapy across paediatric and adult caseload.
• Provide services in language, literacy, speech sounds, stuttering, AAC, voice, and paediatric feeding/dysphagia.
• Manage NDIS mealtime plans.
• Work across mixed NDIS and private caseload.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapy within a multidisciplinary team.
• Work autonomously and within a team.
