Job summary

Huon Aquaculture in Ingleburn, Western Sydney, is seeking casual processing team members to help prepare and pack premium salmon. No salmon expertise is required, just reliability, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Enjoy flexible shifts (4–5 hours or 7.6 hours), a chilled environment (below 10°C), and onsite parking. Roles involve trimming, packing and quality checks as part of a busy team across Australia.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and ready to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in chilled environment (below 10°C).
• Ability to lift up to 15 kg.
• Previous food processing experience is a bonus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, trim, portion and pack fresh salmon.
• Weigh, label and check products for quality.
• Operate processing and packaging equipment.
• Keep the work area clean, safe and organized.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily targets.
