Metcash Trading Limited is seeking a Retail Implementation Specialist to coordinate store improvement projects at our Crestmead DC in Queensland. The role involves partnering with retailers, Metcash teams and external partners to manage timelines, budgets and store layouts to deliver IGA, DSA refurbishments and fit-outs.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in retail, strong communication, and solid proficiency in Excel/Word to support planning and budgeting.

Formación

• Experience with supermarket fit-outs and refurbishments.
• 2-5 years’ retail experience.
• Basic project management and budgeting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret plans.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with retailers, Metcash teams and external parties to develop project plans and timelines.
• Support the planning and delivery of DSA store refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate retail initiatives, including equipment upgrades and purchasing requirements.
• Work with retailers to plan store layouts, whole-store plans and format changes.
• Support store branding, signage and collateral through available Metcash services.
• Develop grocery-layout project plans and budgets for store improvement initiatives.
• Establish project milestones and clear plans to support efficient delivery.
