MURRUMBIDGEE LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT in Junee, NSW, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate, patient-centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Role involves assessing needs, developing care plans and supporting patients along their care journey.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA RN registration and complete a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent. Flexible hours with opportunities across permanent full-time, part-time and casual employment options are available.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop patient-centred care plans.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ nursing needs and develop, implement and evaluate plans of care.
• Deliver direct nursing care and respond to changes in a patient’s condition.
• Collaborate with patients and carers in planning, education and informed decisions.
