Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking a Data & Insights professional to translate data into meaningful people-focused insights and drive improvements across global teams. You’ll enable leaders with clear, actionable information and simplify how teams access data.

You’ll lead reporting and tooling efforts, collaborate across people, technology and business units, and champion ongoing improvement in how we work and make decisions.

Qualifications

Experience with people systems, insights or HR technology.
Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation and system optimisation.
Confidence working across people, technology and business teams.
Ability to turn data into clear, practical insights that drive better decisions.
A mindset focused on simplifying, improving and continuously evolving how we work.
