Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is assisting a not-for-profit aged care provider near Hobart with multiple part-time RN vacancies. The roles require Bachelor of Nursing, AHPRA RN registration, and current First Aid/NDIS screening.

Responsibilities include resident assessments, care planning, and leading daily living support in line with AN-ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards. Relocation assistance is offered and flexible hours help balance work with personal commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing qualification and current RN registration.
• Current First Aid certificate or willingness to undertake and maintain.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Immunisation history with two doses and booster per official records.
• Valid Australian work entitlements.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with independence and informed care choices.
• Contribute to safe, effective care that aligns with resident needs and goals.
• Undertake initial and ongoing nursing assessments and care planning with residents.
• Lead the delivery of daily living support, clinical and personal care to optimise wellbeing.
• Maintain knowledge of AN-ACC, Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.
• Collaborate as part of a cohesive team and adapt to change with strong organisational skills.

Education

Bachelor of Nursing qualification

AHPRA registration as a RN

First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness)

Immunisation History Statement (COVID-19 vaccines)
