Job summary

Everlend, a modern finance business based in St Kilda, is seeking a Marketing Assistant who is energetic, creative and proactive. You’ll help bring our message to life across digital marketing, client retention, content, events and campaigns.

You’ll create content for social media and emails, manage newsletters in Mailchimp, assist with campaigns and events, and use Canva and CapCut to produce on-brand material.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of marketing or content creation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Mailchimp and Canva.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic CRM and marketing automation experience.
• Understanding of client retention and nurture marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support client retention and nurture programs.
• Create engaging content across social, email and digital channels.
• Manage newsletters and campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Support social media across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
• Create and update website content.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, collateral and materials.
• Use Canva to create on-brand content.
• Support referral partner marketing and relationships.
• Assist with events including charity gala, seminars and presentations.
• Contribute to SEO and website optimisation.
• Edit video and podcast content using CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
