Job summary

ECH Inc in Adelaide is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary Allied Health team. You'll deliver person-centred assessments, develop tailored treatment plans and support clients to maintain independence in Wellness Centres, homes and living units.

You'll work with colleagues across disciplines, using evidence-based practice to improve safety and quality of life for older Australians, with flexible working arrangements and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current AHPRA registration required.
• National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Current driver's licence and ability to travel between client locations.
• Experience delivering OT services in community health, aged care or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred occupational therapy assessments and tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based OT interventions, education and health behaviour change programs.
• Assess home environments and recommend equipment, assistive technology and home modifications.
• Empower clients to maintain independence and wellbeing through client-centred care and advocacy.
• Collaborate with Allied Health professionals to deliver holistic care and improve outcomes.
