Job summary

Living Strength Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a flexible full-time or part-time role across Gosford and the Central Coast. You will deliver client-centred care with diverse funding streams, including NDIS, Aged Care, DVA and private arrangements.

We offer hybrid working options, up to $1000 CPD budget per year with two paid days, regular clinical supervision, relocation visa sponsorship for eligible candidates, and birthday leave as part of a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Person-centred approach to clinical practice.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
• A current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Functional assessments and capacity assessments.
• Assistive technology and equipment prescription.
• Home modifications and environmental assessments.
• Functional capacity assessments.
• Behavioural and psychosocial considerations.

• Community-based rehabilitation.
• Collaboration with support coordinators, families and other professionals.
• Clinical documentation and reporting.
