Job summary

Just Better Care in Australia is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred home care. You will work with a Clinical Nurse to support customers in their homes, delivering hands-on nursing, medication administration and comprehensive assessments.

You will travel between customers’ homes, document progress, and participate in ongoing professional development in a supportive, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfortable using mobile devices to access rosters and record assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home nursing care to customers in their homes according to care plans.
• Collaborate with Clinical Nurse and care team to provide safe, personalised care.
• Provide hands-on clinical care including medication administration and complex care.
• Maintain accurate data in company information systems and update progress.
• Participate in training and staff meetings as required.
