Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking Occupational Therapists of all experience levels for a mobile caseload across home, school, workplace and community settings. Flexible days/hours and a hybrid work model support work–life balance.

You will conduct assessments, develop evidence-based therapy plans, and recommend assistive technology to enable participants to achieve greater independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an OT.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and passion for disability sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Conduct functional and standardised assessments.
• Develop personalised, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Recommend Assistive Technology and environmental modifications.
• Support participants to build independence and improve quality of life.
