Albury Wodonga Health is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver person‑centred nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You’ll work within a team committed to safety, quality and continuous improvement across a regional healthcare network.

You will provide assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, and care planning while maintaining clinical documentation and upholding accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible to practice as an Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Commitment to patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to plan and manage clinical activities as an Enrolled Nurse.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care including patient assessments and observations.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and contribute to admissions, transfers and discharge planning.
• Promote patient safety, infection prevention and compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handover processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centred care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and performance reviews.
• Participate in quality improvement, risk management and incident reporting.
