Job summary

Paltech, part of the Air Diffusion Agencies Group, is seeking a Flexible Duct Assembly Worker for our Pakenham branch in the Melbourne area. You will join a team focused on safety, quality, and meeting production quotas while maintaining clean, organized workstations.

The role requires physical capabilities and a positive, can-do attitude; previous experience is preferred but not essential. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing of flexible duct.
• Bagging of flexible duct.
• Packing and stacking of flexible duct into cages.
• Working efficiently to produce quotas.
• Ensuring your station and work areas are clean and tidy.
• Preform work safely, ensuring quality and specification requirements.
• Ensure a safe work environment, including using and maintaining equipment correctly.
