You Me And The Community is seeking compassionate Support Workers in Chermside to assist clients in their homes and communities. You will support daily living, help build life skills, and encourage independence to empower clients towards more fulfilling, independent lives.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or higher in relevant field (or working towards)
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• Valid driver's licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
• Smartphone with reliable internet connection

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in clients' homes and communities
• Assist with daily living and building life skills
• Encourage independence and meaningful connections
