Talent Quarter is a leading healthcare recruitment agency connecting disability and community care organisations with skilled support workers across Australia.

We’re currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team and access flexible shifts with a range of clients and services. You’ll provide person-centred care, assist with daily living tasks and support participation in activities across various settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ experience working as a Disability Support Worker.
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or a related qualification.
• Practical Medication Administration training (HLTHPS006 or HLTHPS007) is a must.
• Practical Manual Handling training (HLTWHS005) – preferred.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Commitment to safe, respectful and person-centred support.
• Strong communication skills across different client environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to help participants live independently and confidently.
• Support personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and domestic tasks.
• Assist with community access and activities clients enjoy.

We’re currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing Talent Quarter team and access flexible opportunities with a range of clients and services.

As a Talent Quarter Disability Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support that helps participants live as independently and confidently as possible. Depending on the client and shift, this may include personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, domestic assistance, community access and supporting participants to take part in activities they enjoy.

What you’ll need

• Minimum 12 months’ experience working as a Disability Support Worker
  
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or a related qualification
