The Department of Education, Western Australia is seeking two Coordinator Complaints to commence ASAP. Based in East Perth, the roles focus on administering misconduct complaints, classifications and monitoring within established timeframes and quality standards.

Successful candidates will contribute to investigations management, implement policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support continuous improvement in complaints handling and child protection processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of misconduct complaints against staff.
• Record and monitor allegations, classifications and Local Improvement Actions.
• Support continuous improvement projects in complaints management and child protection.
