Job summary

National 360 in Bendigo is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy across NDIS, aged care and private clients with a flexible work arrangement including telehealth and clinic sessions. You’ll manage a caseload aligned to your interests, from paediatrics to home modifications, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA (applied for is acceptable).
• Full Australian working rights or pending rights.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
• Access to own vehicle and a current driver’s licence.
• Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload tailored to applicant interests across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a generalist mix via community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions.
• Flexibility in setting appointments, working from home, and joining the Bendigo office.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development and career progression support with a strong focus on work‑life balance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists and physiotherapists to make a real community impact.
• NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Participate in team social events, lunches and celebrations to build connections and a positive workplace culture.
