Job summary

Humanity Health Group in Australia delivers allied health and disability services and is seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to NDIS participants.

You will conduct assessments, develop tailored plans, train families and staff, and ensure timely service delivery while maintaining compliant documentation and collaborative practice. Applicants must meet WWCC and registration requirements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Behavioural Science.
• NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner Core level registration or above.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches.
• Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a supportive team.
• Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Current Working with Children Check (or state equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans.
• Implement and review plans, adjusting as needed for best outcomes.
• Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, NDIS compliance and professional practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay across best practice.
• Contribute to providing efficient and timely services as required.
