Healthcare Australia on the Central Coast is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for flexible aged care agency shifts across Gosford, Wyong, Tuggerah, Woy Woy and surrounding regions. Qualificações

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 12 months nursing experience, ideally within aged care.
• Current National Police Check.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work across multiple aged care facilities.
• Availability across day, afternoon and night shifts.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering safe, person-centred aged care nursing services.
• Medication administration and clinical assessments.
• Developing and reviewing care plans.
• Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to clinical changes.
• Wound care and chronic disease management.
• Clinical documentation and compliance reporting.
• Supervising and supporting care staff.
• Maintaining infection prevention and clinical governance standards.
• Working collaboratively with residents, families and healthcare teams.
