Job summary

Healthcare Australia is seeking registered nurses to join our aged care agency on the Central Coast. Enjoy flexible shifts and the ability to manage and accept shifts via the eHCA app, with competitive agency pay and weekly payment options.

As an RN, you will provide high-quality clinical care across residential facilities, lead care teams, and support infection control and governance standards while working with a trusted national provider.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months’ nursing experience, preferably in aged care.
• Current National Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple facilities
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends
• Full Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Delivering person-centred nursing care to aged care residents
• Medication administration and clinical assessments
• Care planning, documentation and clinical reviews
• Monitoring and responding to changes in resident conditions
• Wound care and chronic disease management
• Supporting and supervising care staff
• Maintaining infection control and clinical governance standards
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary care teams
